TEAM LEADERS
Terri Kaminski understands strategic communications from every angle – client, agency and trade.
While in Chicago, she held leadership positions at Burson-Marsteller, one of the world’s largest agencies; National
Dairy Council, a leading food association; and Brach’s Candy in the corporate world. When the opportunity arose,
Terri moved back to her roots in Wisconsin and started LittleWood, named after the quiet piece of land she calls home. Terri’s experience has a wide wing span, too. She’s managed complex events, like Crisco’s national pie bake-off
to crisis-planning for a rock concert at the North Pole (what could possibly go wrong?). She loves to write, and has
published scores of articles in the media as well as developed award-winning client content. She’s developed
speeches and presentations for top management and has trained spokespersons to address key issues with
their publics. Change management has been a special area of expertise, where she worked as the marketing
representative on a turn-around team for several companies. When she’s not working, you’ll find Terri recharging her soul somewhere outside, riding her horses, tending the
land or bicycling in some faraway place. She also enjoys writing, CJ Box novels and baking – especially pies.

Monica Baer knows what it takes to gain the attention of the media, both traditional and social. She sharpened
her skills at major national agency Cramer-Krasselt where she rose to become a vice president in short order.
While there, she managed clients that ranged from food to fashion to tools – Birds Eye Frozen Vegetables, The Olive Garden, Sub-Zero, AR Accessories, Dremel and many more. She previously worked for Laughlin/Constable, where
her favorite client was the Wisconsin Department of Tourism which gave her an opportunity travel her home state
and learn all about interesting places like the National Mustard Museum and the Swiss town of New Glarus. Large clients or small, Monica’s focus is on outcomes that overwhelm expectations. Her favorite part of the business
is coming up fresh ideas that get clients noticed. Like the annual Healthy Hand Washing Survey for Bradley Corporation
that reveals some of Americans’ “dirty little secrets”. And spearheading the traveling classroom (with an oversized toothbrush and a jump rope for dental floss) to teach dental care to grade school kids. When she finds some down time, you’ll find Monica enjoying road trips with her family, running and gardening.
She also carves out time to volunteer for Drug Free Communities and her children’s school. Michelle Quinn is all about bringing brands to life in every medium through award-winning design. From corporate identity and promotional materials to dynamic websites and packaging, Michelle’s talents have impressed clients, large and small. She’s brought her creativity to projects for Northwestern Mutual, Briggs & Stratton, Fromm Family Foods, GE Healthcare, Honeywell Life Care Solutions, and many others. She is also preparing the next generation of designers: teaching graphic design, digital photography, and related courses at Gateway Technical College. Michelle carves out time to take on special projects, too, like her long relationship promoting Guitars for Vets,
an organization that provides acoustic guitars and playing lessons to veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder. When she’s not working, Michelle relishes spending quality time with her family. They've traveled abroad to dozens of amazing countries, including India and Singapore. Closer to home, she was recently recognized by the City of Milwaukee for one of her brick-and-mortar projects - she purchased and is transforming a foreclosed neighborhood eyesore into a creative space for design, photography, gallery showings, and a meeting place. Her energy is equal to her talents.

Greg Kirstein is always ready for the next project. He’s young and eager, going above and beyond in time and focus to assure top results for clients. He’s continually enhancing his already exceptional skills in social media, video, web design and photography. His work has been applauded by a range of great clients, including Honeywell Life Care Solutions, Bayfield Coffee Company, Gateway Technical College, Partners in Design Architects and others. He also spares time to share his talents with non-profits, including Guitars for Vets and Peace Fusion, Milwaukee. When he’s not working, you’ll find Greg either trekking through some remote backwoods or boarding a plane heading
to some foreign land. He highly recommends anyone visiting Berlin seek out the section of the Berlin Wall called the EastSide Gallery, which is covered in beautiful street art. Another favorite destination: Iceland, where he coupled his
love of travel with the outdoors, hiking to the top of the world-famous Eyjafjallajökull, a volcano that last erupted in 2010. Susan Snyder Smith eats a lot of chocolate. That's what happens after a long career in the confectionery industry. From crisis management to promoting the amazing qualities of chocolate to a variety of audiences, Susan knows her way around beans, bars and bon-bons. The Chocolate Manufacturers Association, World Cocoa Foundation and the American Frozen Food Institute have all benefited from her knowledge and expertise. When she‘s not nibbling chocolate, you'll find Susan burning calories in competitive runs, working with newbie runners and hiking the back roads of just about anywhere.
